My Story

Hi! I’m a 19 year old guy from Czech republic.
For a long time, I felt like I wasn’t really living — just surviving.
I was “that kid” everyone made fun of. On the outside, I pretended it didn’t bother me, but inside, it was eating me up.
Gradually, I gained weight — up to 130 kg — and I felt awful. I had no energy, no confidence, and no joy in life.
I wanted a change. I kept trying to start over, again and again, but after a few days or weeks, I would give up. I lacked a system, motivation, and most importantly, the right mindset.
When I successfully graduated high school, I realized I didn’t want to live like this anymore. I started searching for guides, videos, and tutorials, but nothing helped me long-term.
It wasn’t until I clarified for myself what I really wanted and why that things started to change. Step by step, I began changing my habits and learned how to work on myself — not just physically, but mentally as well.
The result? I lost 40 kg and now weigh 90 kg. But my journey doesn’t end there. I’m still working on myself and pushing forward.
I don’t want anyone to think I’m “done” — I’m not. I’m in this with you. Just as you’re trying to change your life, I’m moving forward too.
That’s why I created my e-book. I want to help you start and set your mind so that your life finally becomes exciting and worth it. Don’t expect overnight miracles — this is a journey that really works.
